Full control and flexibility

  • Attractive and easy to read availability calendar integrated into your website
  • You specify minimum number of nights for short breaks and when available, changeover day for stays in high season plus other policies such as what counts as a child or an infant if there are differences in price, whether dogs are allowed, any extras and their prices, when the full balance for a holiday is due etc.
  • Extras can be charged for and are added to the price then displayed to the customer prior to completing their booking, e.g. charge for dogs (if allowed), heating at certain times of the year, cots or highchairs etc.
  • Users can click directly on the availability calendar to select their start date. Your policies control what is available to them as a start date at any given time of year.
  • One click from calendar to booking form, then selecting the number of nights required (again controlled by your choices as a provider) instantly updates the initial weekly price quoted – Booking Master makes the booking process reassuringly clear and simple.

Payments and charges

  • Booking Master calculates whether a full payment is due if the chosen start date is within a given period, of your choosing, from the booking date (commonly 8 weeks) and asks for either the full price, or a deposit based on a percentage of the full price if outside this limit.
  • Mini breaks can be charged for on a proportional basis of your choosing, e.g. 50% for a 2 night break, 60% for a three night break.
  • You choose whether to just accept provisional bookings or credit card payments which can be processed by you using our fully secure and encrypted payment facilities. Alternatively you can use a third party payment facility such as PayPal to process credit card payments on-line. Booking Master is fully integrated with PayPal processing facilities and this represents one of our most popular options.
  • The Booking Master back office shows you at a glance when balances become due and can either be configured to send out an automated reminder to both you and the customer, or you can determine which customers to send email reminders to and send these at the click of a mouse. You can update payment details in your back office if you receive a cheque payment, or take and process credit card details over the telephone to settle balance payments.

Back office system

  • Customers receive a confirmation email when booking, as do providers, and using a facility such as PayPal means availability on your website is automatically updated so you can safely go on holiday and leave Booking Master to take care of bookings.
  • The back office facility offered by Booking Master has been designed for ease of use and convenience. Use it to take bookings over the telephone with the option of taking credit card payments.
  • All your bookings are stored in an editable format. You can change start and/or end dates for any booking and it will adjust availability and recalculate prices for you.
  • Booking Master's back office system can be used to view all your bookings, or to select by name, accommodation, start date, or payment status. Alternatively you can click on any day shown as booked on your back office availability calendar and it will take you straight to the details of the occupants of that accommodation for that day.


  • Booking Master is fully set up and ready for MarketMailer - an online marketing, newsletter and mailing list manager.
  • We will integrate your MarketMailer subscription into your Booking Master system free of charge! This provides an invaluable asset to your company -

    e.g. When a client makes a booking their email address will be added to you MarketMailer mailing list.
